Refund Policy
Should you decide to purchase a coaching program or any personalised product from this Site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. By the nature of the services and products offered, there are no refunds. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Introduction
These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Ahead of making any purchase you will be asked to agree to the coaching agreement and the terms and conditions of sale by ticking a box and/or select “yes”. In doing so, you will be accepting the terms set out here.
We are based in the UK and our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. Our digital documents can be downloaded worldwide and 1:1 coaching sessions are held via zoom unless otherwise agreed.
It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
Purchase Terms for Services
The details of each specific service and the terms of delivery associated with it are described on each page of the website and delivered in accordance with these terms. You should review those terms in detail before purchasing.
As per the nature of the service and digital products there are no refunds available.
Purchase Terms for Non-Customised Products and Digital Downloads
We are proud of our digital products and the results which our clients achieve from them. If you buy our digital products, you are purchasing a digital PDF or downloadable file or receive access to an online course consisting of audio and video recordings and further downloads which you will receive access to via email automatically once your payment has been processed. You can then download and save to your device. As you receive this file instantly you will not be entitled to receive a refund so do check that you are purchasing the correct product or service to meet your needs. Your other statutory rights to a refund remain in place in the usual way.
Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our customised and non-customised products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the download digitally or print out a copy for personal use you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.
Should you have any problems with downloading your file or be unable to access the digital product please email us, placing ‘Tech Query’ in the subject field and send your email to josi@josidumont.com.
Pricing
The prices are as quoted on the website for each item. Prices do not include VAT.
We may change our prices at any time but changes will not affect any order in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
It is always possible, despite our best efforts, that some products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will contact you to inform you of the error and give you the option of either continuing your purchase of the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the details you provided during the order process, we will treat your order as having been cancelled and notify you in writing. We are under no obligation to provide any product to you at an incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
