If you want to level up you NEED to understand this first!

Curiosity is the antidote of judgment.

You cannot be judgemental if you are curious, and if you are judgemental there is no way you can be curious.

This ties into another post of mine a while ago: “seek first to understand, then to be understood”.

You got to be curious in order to learn and grow. Keeping an open mind is the only way to learn how to do things differently.

AND it starts with being curious about yourself.

What you can’t apply to yourself, has no effect on others. Be curious about who you are, and what you want, and seek to truly understand and then accept yourself for being able to do the same with others.

Be wildly curious about your feelings, dreams, and actions

And don’t judge yourself for not feeling a certain way or not looking like Susan from next door or whatever judgemental thought wants to creep in.

Next, you should be familiar with the definition of discernment.

But that’s for another post, although if you can’t wait to find out, send me a message or sign up to powerful coaching via this link.
